MT Magazine returns to interview Lucio D'Orsi for the 2024 season of Dry Martini Sorrento. The menu, developed with his team — Fabio Cacciapuoti, Vincenzo Gallo, Danilo Negri, Andrea Luogo, and Marco De Filippis — embraces nature: chamomile, hibiscus, Sichuan flowers, orange blossom, roses, elderflower, and violet from the Majestic Palace garden create the flavor of summer.

The 101 Martinis — a unique collection in Italy — are presented as a lifestyle choice. Preparation is a ritual concluding with certificate delivery. 2024 signatures: Negroni Collection (8 variations), Garden Fizz with bio-garden produce, and Wake-Up Paloma with tequila, clarified coffee, and pink grapefruit soda.

Summer brings DJ sets, saxophone, violin, and band performances alongside the Dry & Friends project hosting national and international guest bartenders. The Food Experience by Mario Affinita features lobster rolls, pulled pork, tapas, jamón ibérico, and pizza bites.
