In an interview with Vendemmie.com, Lucio D'Orsi explains how cocktail pairing has become an established reality at Don Geppi Restaurant: at least one in three tables chooses to pair cocktails with the starred menu courses, finding a creative dynamism that wine does not always offer. The wine list, however, remains a cornerstone — an essential reference for guests.

Dry Martini Sorrento is the only Italian outpost of the Barcelona brand founded by Javier de las Muelas. With over 200 references — including 100 Dry Martini variations — the venue stands out for its technique and care. Most requested: Classic, Dirty Martini, Smoky Martini, and Truffle Martini.

About 15 low or non-alcoholic cocktails enrich the menu, presented not as secondary alternatives but as creations crafted with the same care and technique as traditional drinks. Continuous team training and dialogue with Michelin-starred chef Mario Affinita are at the core of D'Orsi's philosophy.
