For its fifth anniversary on May 30, 2022, MT Magazine celebrates Dry Martini Sorrento — the fifth global location of Javier de las Muelas' brand. Lucio d'Orsi, General Manager of Majestic Palace Hotel, had opened Don Geppi in 2014 — Italy's smallest Michelin-starred restaurant with just five tables. In 2018, with the support of Javier de las Muelas and owner Giulia Rossano, he brought the Dry Martini concept to Italy.

The venue features a dual-space concept: the Terrace (open from mid-May) and the Main Hall, with two bar counters and an all-white design. Over 200 cocktails — including 100 Dry Martini variations — in categories: Classic, Signature, Vintage & Trendys, and Negroni Collection. Over 5,000 Dry Martinis served in five years.

2022 launches the guest bartender and masterclass program. The Majestic Palace is surrounded by a 10,000+ m² citrus grove with a thousand-year-old olive tree, plus a 2,000 m² garden supplying fresh herbs to kitchen and bar.
